Our Strength, Fitness, and Conditioning classes are a great alternative to the gym. This is a group fitness and conditioning class run by GymLab Fitness on our behalf.
Fitlab training is the very best High Intensity exercises run over a period of timed intervals. Our gym is open to individuals of any fitness ability or physical condition. You will improve your cardio and endurance while getting in shape and you don't have to be in to martial arts to train at our gym.
We employ various tried and tested martial arts, yoga, and boxing methods to develop your fitness and conditioning without your having to train Wing Chun, Kickboxing, or Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
The London Wing Chun Academy offers sports specific strength training that is a throwback to the old fashion method of boxing and conditioning training. We use kettlebells, sandbags, battle ropes to make you fit, so there’s no high tech gym equipment, simply your body, mind, and determination to finish the class. But you will lose weight, be fit, and feel good, and more importantly you should have enough endurance to defend yourself.

ABOUT THIS CLASS.
ONLY £35 for 8 classes. A typical fitness class is 45 minutes long and consists of a brief fitness warm up involving some agility, co-ordination exercises, functional fitness exercises, heavy bag work, and normally a light box to warm down.
Required Equipment: You are welcome to wear a T-Shirt, Jogging bottoms, shorts, and trainers for this class. However, if you decide that you wish to train regularly then the following equipment will be helpful: Skipping rope, Focus Mitts, Boxing Gloves.
