
Beginners Induction Course
Now is an excellent opportunity to join our fulltime martial art studio and a class that will be starting from fresh. Our Academy offers the very best instruction in Self Defence and serves as an excellent introduction into the world of Martial Arts. Our Induction Course is not only designed to introduce the student to the world of Wing Chun, it also demonstrates it's practical application for Self Defence in today's society.
Following completion of our beginners course, students usually join a beginners class. From there students are expected to progress at their own speed through the intermediate level into the advanced level of Wing Chun Kung Fu.
Wing Chun Kung Fu Classes
We believe that students of the similar ability should be grouped together. Grouping students by ability allows the individual to progress faster, because every member of the group is of similar ability and skill. So if you train in a class of likeminded and able people then you can’t help but improve. Our academy is divided into the following skill sets:
Fitness, Strength and Conditioning Classes
Strength and Conditioning classes allow martial arts students to focus on the fitness aspect of their martial arts training. A typical Strength and Conditioning class involves boxing on focus pads, heavy bags and physical exercise using body weight and some light weight dumbbells. The classes are designed to raise your level of fitness in order improve your self defence ability, hence fitness sessions are based around preparation for combat unlike many gyms and health clubs.

San Shou Kickoxing
Although, our Chinese Kickboxing class is geared towards the competitive art of San Shou, this class offers something for everyone. Whether you simple wish to tone up, relive stress or compete in a highly exhilarating format of combat: San Shou Kickboxing may be for you. Pad, Bag & Blast
A great martial arts class to improve your punching and kicking skills.
