Arrival, Dismissal Procedures & Waiting Area
Children (with the exception of the London Wing Chun Teenage Club) will not be allowed to leave the building without the presence of an adult family member or nominated adult substitute. Hence if you are unable to collect your child we will need notice of who will collect your child/children in your place, prior to the child being collected. Please take note of the following:
Please arrive early if there is a need to dress your child on site.
We also ask that you bring your child into the training area
and not drop them outside the external entrance.
You are welcome to wait for your child during the class,
please see designated waiting area inside the school.
Please collect your child from the matted area, ensuring
that a member of staff has seen and verified that you have collected your
child. Your child will asked to remain within the central square until they see
you. Please support us by asking your children to remain within the blue square
during dismissal and collection.
We recommend that you arrive early to collect your child,
however, in the event that you may be late we will ask the child to wait by the
matted area until you arrive. We will do our best to keep them occupied,
however, this may be difficult when staffing levels are low.
